UND women suffer road loss to Montana State

BOZEMAN, Mont. – Jasmine Hommes scored a game-high 20 points and Ashley Brumwell added 16 points as Montana State defeated North Dakota 78-67 Thursday in women’s Big Sky Conference basketball.

Madi Buck, Leah Szabla and Emily Ever each scored 11 points for UND. Evers and Loyd also tallied seven assists apiece.

UND (16-6, 11-2 BS): Loyd 3-13 4-4 10, Dyer 1-3 5-5 7, Buck 4-13 2-2 11, Knox 2-3 0-0 5, Wall 2-6 0-0 4, Szabla 5-7 1-3 11, Burck 3-7 2-2 8, Evers 2-5 7-0 11. Totals 22-57 21-25 67.
