Letter: Healthier eating vital for youth

I think kids in the United States should eat healthier. It can help you stay fit. We can do more things than we did before.

Some fruits and vegetables clean your teeth. We won’t have to go to the dentist as often. Fruits and vegetables clean teeth so we will not have cavities.

U.S. kids will not weigh as much. We won’t weigh as much because we are eating healthy and good. Healthy food fills you up more than pizza, chocolate and other junk food.

We should have enough vitamins. Everyone needs to take in vitamins every day. Vitamins are necessary because they help you stay healthy and also vitamins can help prevent illnesses. The best way to consume vitamins is from healthy foods.

We can live a lot longer by eating healthy. Nutrients are a big part of why some people live longer. Eating healthy can help prevent diseases.

The conclusion is to eat healthy. Get as many vitamins and minerals as you can each day. Don’t think fruits and vegetables are bad.
