Byfuglien scores overtime winner for Winnipeg Jets

WINNIPEG, Manitoba – Defenseman Dustin Byfuglien scored at 2 minutes, 44 seconds of overtime and host Winnipeg prevailed 5-4 over Toronto after blowing a three-goal lead.

Blake Wheeler and Bryan Little each had a goal and an assist and Mark Scheifele and defenseman Zach Bogosian scored to help the Jets improve to 5-1-0 under coach Paul Maurice. Ondrej Pavelec turned aside 24 shots and captain Andrew Ladd collected two assists for Winnipeg.
