Three arrested in connection with Fargo pizza delivery robberyFARGO – The Fargo Police Department has arrested three people in connection with an armed robbery of a pizza delivery person on Sunday evening in the 900 block of 44th Street South.
The three were identified by police as Faisal Diriye Abdullahi, 19 and two juvenile males ages 15 and 17.
All of the suspects are from the Fargo area.
The arrests, which took place Tuesday afternoon, followed a review of video surveillance provided by community businesses and information provided by the public, Police Lt. Joel Vettel said.
He said the three were arrested without incident and authorities are looking into whether the Sunday night robbery is linked to other recent robberies.
In the Sunday night incident, three men robbed a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint about 8:20 p.m.
The driver told police she was delivering food to an apartment building when she realized the apartment number given did not exist.
She said three men approached her and one of them pointed a gun at her, robbing her of soda and a pizza.
Vettel said so far no gun has been found in connection with the robbery.
