Kelly Haaland and Jenny Schuster of Park Co. Realtors have been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists.
Both completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.
Haaland and Schuster joined Park Co. Realtors in 2003 and 1998, respectively, and both are members of the National Association of Realtors.
Gylland certified in laboratory safety
Linda Gylland, laboratory safety officer and microbiology medical laboratory scientist at Sanford Health, Fargo, has been awarded a Certificate of Qualification in Laboratory Safety from the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
Gylland earned the qualification by meeting licensure, experience and education requirements and passing the national QLS examination.
Hill earns retirement plan credential
Jennifer Hill has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
The credential recognizes mastery of retirement plan fundamentals, as well as expertise in the administration and compliance of 401(k) plans.
She completed an educational program that covered all facets of retirement planning, with specific emphasis on plan issues such as coverage and nondiscrimination, deductions and allocations and reporting requirements.
Hill is a vice president/relationship manager at Bell State Bank & Trust at 3216 13th Ave. S., Fargo. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University. She has been in the banking industry for 11 years, with almost eight years in the retirement division with Bell State Bank & Trust.
