Case of LSD in Bible draws probation termsFARGO – A 21-year-old was sentenced to a year of supervised probation Mon-day on charges stemming from a May police raid on his home in which police said 24 hits of acid were found in a Bible.
Andrew Glen Tapper, 21, pleaded guilty in Cass County District Court to a Class C felony charge of possessing of a controlled substance and a misde-meanor count of drug paraphernalia possession.
In the case filed in June, Tapper initially faced a Class A felony charge of possessing LSD with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school
Another man charged in the case, Conner Lee Won-drasch, was also sentenced to probation in the case.
Wondrasch, 19, of Roches-ter, Minn., pleaded guilty in December to Class A felony possession of drugs with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school and two other drug-related misdemeanors. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
