Hires and promotions (Jan. 4)Swanson Health makes several changes to staff
Swanson Health Products in Fargo has announced the following staff promotions and title changes:
Lynelle Lindemyer, formerly business analytics manager, has been promoted to business analytics director. She joined SHP in 2004.
Kelly Haman, formerly web analytics and merchandising manager, has had a title change to business analytics manager. Haman has been with SHP since 2008.
Lindi Foreman, formerly circulation analyst, has been promoted to business analytics supervisor. She joined the company in 2010.
Derek Schaefer, formerly market research analyst, has been promoted to business analytics supervisor. Schaefer has been with SHP since 2006.
Andrea Sinclair, formerly compliance supervisor, has been promoted to quality assurance manager. Sinclair joined SHP in 2011.
VISIONBank promotes two, hires one
VISIONBank, Fargo, has promoted Katy Beckman to personal banking officer/security officer and Anna Merritt to personal banking officer. Josh Kolb has joined VISIONBank in Fargo as a credit analyst.
Beckman joined the bank in 2011 as a client service specialist and was promoted to teller supervisor. Beckman, who is originally from Petersburg, N.D., is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and she has seven years of banking experience.
Merritt joined the bank in 2010 as a teller and was promoted to lead teller and client service specialist. She is originally from Howard Lake, Minn., and has six years of banking experience and is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with bachelor’s degree in sociology.
Kolb is originally from West Fargo and has five years of banking experience. He is a graduate of MSUM, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
Absolute hires Wahl, promotes Bakken
Absolute Marketing Group, Fargo, has hired Tyler Wahl as a web project manager, and Sara Bakken has been promoted to marketing assistant.
Originally from Willmar, Minn., Wahl is a graduate of Concordia College with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He has six years of web design experience.
Bakken has worked at Absolute for the past year as a traffic coordinator. She is a native of Shafer, Minn.
TMI Hospitality hires purchasing agent
Rachael Lexen has joined TMI Hospitality in Fargo as a purchasing agent.
Lexen graduated from South Dakota State University, Brookings, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics business specialization.
She previously worked as an allocations analyst at Vanity in Fargo.
Pearson promoted at Border States Electric
Keleigh Pearson has been named contract quality assurance manager for Border States Electric, Fargo. She joined BSE in 2008 and had been the quality assurance coordinator since 2010.
She is a graduate of Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in environmental analysis and policy with an economics minor and a master’s degree in energy and environmental analysis.
Pearson also graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
Schultz promoted at Bell State Bank & Trust
Brianne Schultz has been promoted to personal banking officer at Bell State Bank & Trust, 5050 13th Ave. S., Fargo.
She previously served as a customer service specialist. Originally from Hawley, Minn., Schultz graduated from North Dakota State University and Valley City (N.D.) State University and has been in the banking field for 10 years. She started her career at First National Bank.
Rick Electric hires project manager
Eric Strafelda has joined Rick Electric in Moorhead as a project manager and electrical estimator.
He is originally from St. Paul and he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University.
Putnam hired, Egeberg promoted at Fargo firm
Intelligent InSites in Fargo has hired Darcy Putnam as an office manager and receptionist and Nancy Egeberg has been promoted to senior quality assurance engineer.
Putnam previously worked as an administrative assistant for the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation. She also worked as business manager for Oliver-Mercer Special Education, and as an administrative assistant for Enerfab, Inc. She has a bachelor’s degree in education from Minot (N.D.) State University and an associate’s degree in accounting/clerical from Dickinson (N.D.) State University.
Egeberg has been with Intelligent InSites since 2010.
Pediatric Therapy Partners hires three
Pediatric Therapy Partners in Fargo has hired La Rae Gott as a billing specialist, Rachel Meier as a marketing specialist and Nancy Sander as a human resource specialist.
Gott has worked in the medical field since 1992 and has experience working in various medical roles including medical reception and financial counseling.
Meier has experience working in the print marketing and social media/online marketing fields, as well as building and maintaining websites.
Sander has worked in human resources for many years and has experience with payroll, benefits, recruiting and as an HR generalist.
