Evers, Buck propel North Dakota to win in women’s hoops

GRAND FORKS – Emily Evers’ double-double and Madi Buck’s 23 points helped the University of North Dakota to a 71-68 win over Southern Utah in Big Sky women’s basketball Thursday.

Evers posted a team-high 14 rebounds and scored 15 points, shooting 9 of 11 from the free-throw line.

Southern Utah was led by Hailey Mandelko with 21 points.
