West Fargo man accused of threatening to stab cabbie over cleanup fee

WEST FARGO – A West Fargo man faces felony terrorizing charges after allegedly threatening to stab his cab driver over a cleanup charge after the man’s friend got sick in the cab.

Adam Paul Muscha, 31, was charged Monday in Cass County District Court with one count of terrorizing, a Class C felony.

Court documents filed with the case state West Fargo police were called to a report of a disturbance at the Silver Dollar bar on Saturday.

The cab driver told police that Muscha, who he was transporting, threatened to stab him when he was informed there was a $75 cleanup fee because Muscha’s friend had thrown up in the cab.

The cab driver told police he was afraid Muscha would hurt him.

Officers arrested Muscha and booked him into the Cass County jail. Bail was set at $400. His next court appearance is set for Jan. 23.
