Officers find meth lab in Fargo apartment; 2 men face felony drug charges

FARGO – Two men face felony drug charges after police officers discovered a one-pot meth lab in a Fargo apartment.

William Holloway and Robert Smith, both 24, were each charged Friday with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangerment of a child, all felonies.

According to court papers, officers went to the apartment at 319 9th St. S. on Wednesday and arrested a woman on a felony warrant. In her freezer, the officers found a plastic 2-liter bottle that was being used as a one-pot meth lab, court papers stated.

The lab belonged to Holloway and Smith, who were both in the apartment with the woman and her juvenile son, court papers said.

Holloway and Smith were being held Thursday at the Cass County Jail.
