Four injured in Hubbard County head-on crashPARK RAPIDS, Minn. – Four people were injured in a head-on collision in Hubbard County on Monday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 20-year-old Jacob Krueckeberg of Akeley was southbound on Highway 64 and attempted to make a left-hand turn when his vehicle was struck head-on by a Jeep Cherokee that was westbound on Highway 34.
The driver of the Jeep, Wassana Kiewnol, 33, of Nevis and his passenger, Meena Claris, 43, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Krueckeberg and his passenger, Logan Ellenson, 20, of Park Rapids, were also taken to the hospital with non-life- threatening injuries.
All four were expected to be treated and released, the patrol said.
The four involved were wearing seat belts, the patrol said.
The roads were wet at the time of the crash.
