Cornerstone Bank hires mortgage loan officer

Cindy Trepanier has joined Cornerstone Bank as a mortgage loan officer at the bank’s 45th Street South location.

She has more than 15 years of banking experience including mortgage loan processing and business/personal banking experience.

Great Plains Food Bank hires major gifts officer

Ron Walters has been hired by the Great Plains Food Bank as the major gifts officer for the state of North Dakota and Clay County in Minnesota.

He has extensive experience in fundraising for non-profit entities and as a professional journalist. Walters has a bachelor’s degree in American Indian studies from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, and previously was employed as the director of resource development for Sitting Bull College, Fort Yates, N.D.

Seiler promoted to supervisor at Gate City

Adam Seiler has been promoted to personal banking supervisor for Gate City Bank at the bank’s Hornbacher’s Village West location in Fargo. He has been with Gate City Bank since 2011.

A native of McIntosh, S.D., Seiler graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in business administration.

Hawley company hires three new employees

Implementation Specialists, Hawley, Minn., has expanded and hired Kurt Quiggle as professional services manager, Emily Halvorson as lead developer and Breanna Lage as support manager.

Quiggle has 14 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence, Integration and Analysis and software project management. He studied at North Dakota State University.

Halvorson has more than 30 years of industry experience in computer programming. She specializes in development tools such as Dexterity, eConnect, Web Services and Visual Studio Tools for GP, C#, T-SQL and SSIS.

Lage has more than seven years of customer service experience.

Bergantine promoted to office manager at AE2S

Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services has promoted Brian Bergantine to operations manager of the firm’s Moorhead office.

Bergantine has more than 17 years of water engineering experience. He served as project manager on several large water infrastructure projects for the cities of Moorhead, Thief River Falls and Breckenridge, Minn., and Fargo; the Southeast Water Users District; Watertown Municipal (S.D.) Utilities and numerous others.

In addition to his experience at AE2S, he served for eight years as a trustee of the Minnesota American Water Works Association. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and is a licensed professional engineer.

Firm adds Kippola as associate attorney

The Krekelberg, Skonseng and Miller law firm has added associate attorney Leah Kippola.

She is licensed in Minnesota and works out of the Fergus Falls and Pelican Rapids, Minn., offices where she maintains a general practice including civil litigation, personal injury and family law.

Kippola earned a bachelor’s degree from North Michigan University, Marquette, and she graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, Minneapolis.

Sublime hires aesthetic nurse specialist

Sublime Aesthetic Professionals in Fargo has hired Jamie Astrup as an aesthetic nurse specialist. She specializes in the administration of Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers and vein care treatments.

Astrup earned her nursing degree from Northland Technical College, East Grand Forks, Minn., and also has a biology degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. She is a North Dakota native and currently lives in West Fargo.

Nyland joins Re/Max as real estate agent

Jarrod Nyland has joined Re/Max Legacy Realty in Fargo as a licensed real estate agent for North Dakota and Minnesota.

Nyland is from Grand Forks and has lived in Fargo for the past 20 years. He has many years of experience in customer service and has owned his own auto detailing business for the last nine years.

Rev. Bauer has joined Lost and Found Ministry

The Rev. Tim Bauer has joined the Lost and Found Ministry, 111 7th St. S., Moorhead, to hear 5th Steps and provide pastoral counseling.

Bauer is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. He previously served as a chaplain at Sanford Health.

Flint Communications adds three employees

Flint Communications, a Fargo-based marketing and communication agency, has hired Bethany Abeln as a production artist, Kira Gilbraith as an account coordinator and Jamie Thompson as a web developer.

Abeln graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and new art media. She previously worked at a McQuillen Creative Group, Aberdeen, S.D.

Gilbraith earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising with a minor in apparel and textile studies from North Dakota State University.

Thompson graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in science. He has more than five years of experience and will specialize in content management systems and will primarily work with front-end web development.

Catholic Charities ND hires finance director

Vicki Schlenker has been hired as director of finance for the Catholic Charities North Dakota, Fargo.

Schlenker received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Dakota State University and is a certified public accountant.

Horton hired as payroll specialist at TMI

Kate Horton has accepted the position of payroll specialist at TMI Hospitality, Fargo.

She graduated from Rasmussen College in Fargo with an associate degree in accounting and previously served as night auditor, guest services representative and accountant at the Radisson Hotel in Fargo.
