Lewis' big game leads Wyoming to victory over Bison women

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fallon Lewis scored 20 points and grabbed 21 rebounds to lead Wyoming to a 72-69 victory over North Dakota State women’s basketball on Saturday.

Holly Johnson tallied 31 points and recorded 12 rebounds for the Bison.

The Bison led the Falcons 40-29 at half.
