Terra Jade Ironhawk, 27, faces felony aggravated assault and terrorizing charges for allegedly attacking her boyfriend at a Bismarck residence late Tuesday night.

Court papers say Ironhawk applied for a court-appointed attorney to defend her but it was denied because the application was incomplete.
