Buck, defense help UND prevail in women's hoops

GRAND FORKS – The University of North Dakota’s Madi Buck scored a game-high 18 points during a 65-61 victory over South Dakota in women’s basketball Sunday.

UND’s (1-2) defense limited Coyotes leading-scorer Nicole Seekamp to two points on 0-for-10 shooting from the field.

Allyssa Wall scored 10 points and collected five of UND’s 10 blocked shots.
