Valley City church burglary suspect out on bond arrested in stolen vehicle case.

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – A church burglary suspect released on bond is back in custody after being arrested in Hillsboro with multiple stolen vehicles, authorities said.

Nicole Lindermann, 18, of Kathryn, was arrested Thursday in Hillsboro along with Andrew Miklas, 25, of Valley City. Both are suspects in a burglary at Faith Lutheran Church in Valley City in September.

Lindermann had turned herself in to Barnes County authorities Oct. 30, the same day an arrest warrant from Valley City police was issued, connecting the pair with the burglary.

Lindermann had been released from the Barnes County Jail on a $4,000 unsecured appearance bond. She was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, a felony, according to court records.

On Thursday, Hillsboro police received a call about two suspicious people staying at the Hillsboro Inn. It was discovered that the vehicle the people had arrived in was stolen out of Hannaford and matched the description of a vehicle used in a burglary in Aneta.

A second vehicle was found stolen out of Casselton, Hillsboro police said.

Miklas and Lindermann were arrested for possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and outstanding warrants for burglary, Hillsboro police said.

Both are being held in the Cass County Jail in Fargo.
