Q and A with Bison offensive tackle Billy Turner

Q: If there was a movie made about your life, who would you want to play you?

A: That is a great question. I would say one of my close friends, but none of them really look like me. … If I had to choose someone on the team, I’d probably choose Leevon Perry.

If you could pick two musical acts for a dream concert, who would you choose?

I would go see Earth, Wind and Fire. And I would go see Marvin Gaye.

What is your most prized possession?

I would say my tattoos, if they were something that was tangible. I like tattoos, so tattoos I guess.

What is something most people would not know about you?

I don’t like scary movies, which may be surprising to people because I’m a large human. And I don’t like bugs. Bugs really freak me out.

What is your social media platform of choice?

I have Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and all that, but to be honest, I just kind of scroll through them. …I wouldn’t say I post that much stuff. I would say Twitter just because I like to see what people put out there.

What was your favorite cartoon character as a kid?

“Tom and Jerry.”

What’s your favorite sports movie?

“Brian’s Song” about Gale Sayers. Growing up, talking about football with my father, who played, he was a running back.

One of his favorite players was Gale Sayers. … Watching that movie really instilled in me what it takes to be a football player.
