Dilworth wants input on proposed MATBUS lineDILWORTH – City leaders here will be holding two open house informational meetings next week on Dilworth’s proposed new MATBUS route.
Both meetings will be held Monday in Dilworth. The first will be from 2-4 p.m. at Houge Estates, 510 Center Ave. E. The second meeting will be from 5-7 p.m. at City Hall, 2 1st Ave. SE, according to a city press release.
City leaders will also hold a public hearing on the new route at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 25 at City Hall.
The proposed new route would be called Route 6, and would start Jan. 2 if Moorhead, on behalf of Dilworth, is able to secure a state grant.
The route would run during peak hours in the morning and late afternoon, Monday through Saturday, and would link to Route 4 in Moorhead at Wal-Mart, according to the release.
An informational display on the proposed new route with comment cards will be in the lobby of the Ground Transportation Center, 502 NP Ave., Fargo, from Oct. 21-25, according to the press release.
