Hanson scores winning goal as UND rallies past Duluth

GRAND FORKS – Samantha Hanson’s game-winning goal late in the third period completed North Dakota’s 4-3 comeback win against Minnesota-Duluth in Western Collegiate Hockey Association women’s play Saturday.

Michelle Karvinen added a goal and two assists for UND (3-0-0, 1-0-0 WCHA), which rallied from a 3-1 deficit in the third period.

Jenna McParland scored two goals for the Bulldogs (2-1-0, 0-1-0).
