Crash in south Fargo injures two people

FARGO – Two people suffered what Fargo Fire Department officials believe were minor injuries this afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in the 1800 block of 45th Street South in Fargo.

The crashed happened about 1:20 p.m.

One of the vehicles involved was an SUV that ended up on its side following the crash.

The driver of the SUV had to be extricated by emergency workers.

That driver and the driver of the other vehicle involved received minor injuries, according to Bruce Anderson, battalion commander for the fire department.

The incident resulted in a traffic slowdown in the area that continued for more than an hour.
