Ross tallies 16 kills as Concordia volleyball prevails

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Kynndyl Ross had a match-high 16 kills as Concordia defeated Carleton 27-25, 25-17, 25-16 in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference volleyball Friday.

Kayla Hampton added 12 kills and four blocks for the Cobbers (10-4, 2-0 MIAC).

CONCORDIA (kills-blocks-aces): Mercil 1-0-0 (20 assists), Hampton 12-4-0, Reed 5-2-0, Beaner 7-3-0, Ross 16-0-0, Waller 4-2-0, Sheets 1-0-0, Klaphake 0-0-0 (20 assists), Schmidt 0-0-1 (16 digs), Skow-Anderson 0-0-0.
