Fugitive Focus: Tyrell James Gilpin
The U.S. Marshals Service’s High Plains Fugitive Task Force is seeking the 6-foot, 140-pound 28-year-old based on a Cass County arrest warrant for probation violation with original charges for felony terrorizing.
In 2012, Gilpin pleaded guilty to charges of terrorizing and received three years in prison, with two years and 334 days suspended with supervised probation for two years. In February, he was charged with fraudulent practices in urine testing, and in March, a warrant for his arrest was issued.
