Highway 78 resurfacing project begins MondayDETROIT LAKES, Minn. – A resurfacing project on Highway 78 between Perham and Battle Lake will begin Monday near Perham and working south toward Battle Lake.
Different segments of the road will be affected each day. Flaggers and pilot cars will be used to help motorists move safely through the work zone. The project is expected to take about one month.
Highway 78 is closed to through traffic between Battle Lake and Ottertail. Motorists are being diverted to highways 108 and 210. Only local residents and motorists accessing businesses can use Highway 78 within the closure area.
