For the period of Aug. 23 to Sept. 5 (* denotes a felony conviction that will become a misdemeanor by disposition of probation is successfully completed; ** denotes a deferred imposition, which means the conviction may be removed from their record if they successfully complete probation):

* Paul William Ahonen, 45, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance, $525 fines and fees, one year jail with 304 days suspended, supervised probation for 18 months.

* Joseph Ray Akwenzie, 33, Belcourt, N.D., possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, one year jail with 169 days suspended.

Todd Joseph Cummings, 52, Fargo, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, $535 fines and fees, two years prison with one year and 331 days suspended, supervised probation for 18 months.

* Andrew Jason Garza, 18, Ada, Minn., breaking into a vehicle, theft of property, possession of Lorazepam, $535 fines and fees, 30 days jail, concurrent with all counts.

* Casey Jordan Gillette, 19, Moorhead, breaking into a vehicle, $535 fines and fees, six months jail, concurrent with other count.

Cory Rae Heinze, 27, Wahpeton, N.D., facilitation of counterfeiting and forgery or counterfeiting, $775 fines and fees, $61 restitution, 18 months prison, concurrent with both counts.

Ulysses Frederick Irby, 38, Fargo, failure to register as a sexual offender, $535 fees waived, 366 days prison with 276 days suspended, supervised probation for one year, concurrent with other count.

Shauna Sue Langer, 24, Mapleton, N.D., possession of a controlled substance, $535 fines and fees, two years prison with 18 months suspended, supervised probation for 18 months, concurrent with other counts.

** Jillian Mae Lorenz, 26, Bismarck, possession of a controlled substance, three counts, $500 fines and fees, supervised probation and deferred imposition for 18 months.

Abnor Luma, 20, Fargo, criminal conspiracy, two counts, $800 fines and fees, seven years prison with three years and six months suspended, supervised probation for three years, concurrent with both counts.

Mark Landon Miller, 35, West Fargo, possession of a controlled substance and endangerment of child or vulnerable adult, $525 fines and fees, three years prison suspended, supervised probation for three years, concurrent with other counts.

Joshua Patrick Mills, 36, West Fargo, failure to register as a sexual offender, $525 fines and fees, two years prison with one year and 265 days suspended, supervised probation for one year, concurrent with other count.

John Andrew Moreno, 25, West Fargo, failure to register as a sexual offender, $525 fines and fees, five years prison with four years and 275 days suspended, supervised probation for one year.

* Robert James Nefzger Jr., 23, West Fargo, possession of a controlled substance, $500 fines and fees, one year jail with 362 days suspended, supervised probation for one year, concurrent with other counts.

* Zackorie Paul Schroder, 20, West Fargo, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, $750 fines and fees, one year jail with 358 days suspended, supervised probation for 18 months.

** Justin Rick Vogel, 33, Fargo, terrorizing, $500 fines and fees, 20 days jail, deferred imposition for 18 months.

** Kristy Lyn White, 23, Moorhead, possession of a controlled substance, $550 fines and fees, supervised probation for 18 months, deferred imposition for 18 months.

* Taylor John Wixo, 21, Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees with $425 waived, 15 days jail.

Todd Michael Zeller, 47, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance, $1,000 fees waived, three years prison with two years suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with other counts.
