Glyndon man charged in 2011 south Fargo shootingFARGO – An arrest warrant has been issued for a Glyndon man after prosecutors charged him in an apparent drug-related shooting in south Fargo almost three years ago.
Katterius Reams, who is 34 or 35, of Glyndon, was charged Aug. 26 in Cass County District Court with one count of Class A felony conspiracy to commit robbery.
Court documents filed in the case state the victim, Timothy Brakke, was uncooperative with police after telling them he had been robbed in December 2011 at 1521 27th Ave. S. by two black men in a small SUV.
Police said previously that Brakke was shot in the arm during the robbery.
Court documents state a witness, Nina Foss, told police she was involved in a drug deal with two men and Brakke, and named Reams as one of the men, saying she did not know they were planning to rob Brakke.
