Weekend watch: Cruisin’ BroadwayThursday
With winter weather coming, car enthusiasts will have to put their interests in park until next spring. But tonight offers one last night to drag downtown Fargo. The monthly Cruisin’ Broadway rolls up and down the street from 5 to 9 p.m. with a variety of classic rides, pumped-up muscle cars and odd sets of wheels. After the traffic dies down on the street, the bumping and grinding moves upstairs to the Aquarium, 226 Broadway, for a tribute to cruising from Fargo’s Bad Weather Burlesque. The show opens at 9 p.m. with a rockabilly set by Rotten Cherry & the Backseat Beats, followed by the girlie show. There’s a $5 cover for the ID-only post-cruise party.
