No arrests during sobriety checkpointBISMARCK – The North Dakota Highway Patrol and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Department conducted a sobriety check point at the junction of N.D. Highways 1 and 15 from 5 to 9 p.m. on Monday.
Of the 342 vehicles that passed through the checkpoint, seven drivers who had been consuming alcohol were evaluated further for possible impairment. No arrests were made.
