** Margaret Ann Petterson, 28, Fargo, theft of property, $525 fines and fees, supervised probation and deferred imposition for one year.

* Ralph Vaughn Reynolds, 36, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance, $525 fees waived, five days jail.

Toby Scott Richardson, 24, West Fargo, theft of property, $525 fines and fees, two years prison with 335 days suspended, supervised probation for two years.

** Kristine Anne Sellie-Hanson, 29, Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, supervised probation and deferred imposition for 18 months.

* Gary Sheldon Steinhaus, 52, Leonard, N.D., burglary, theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,050 fines and fees, one year jail with 335 days suspended, supervised probation for 18 months, concurrent with all counts.

* Angie Ray Taylor, 38, West Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, one year jail suspended, supervised probation for two years.

* Michael William Todd, 71, Bismarck, failure to register as a sexual offender, $525 fines and fees, one year jail with 275 days suspended, supervised probation for two years.

** Kristyna Marie Walling, 21, Moorhead, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fees waived, supervised probation and deferred imposition for six months.

* Daniel Joe Wieland, 36, Fargo, theft of property, $535 fines and fees, one year jail suspended, supervised probation for two years.

Kerry Mae Williams, 33, Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, $535 fines and fees waived, 366 days prison, concurrent with both counts.

Jerilyn Caryl Woolley, 46, Moorhead, manufacture, deliver or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, $1,025 fines and fees, four years prison with two years suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with both counts.
