Justin Michael Anderson, 31, Erhard, Minn., driving while intoxicated, $1,585 fines and fees with $1,400 stayed, $3,898 restitution, three years prison, concurrent with other count.

Michael Dean Anderson, 25, address unavailable, second degree possession of drugs, $1,160 fines and fees with $75 waived, 90 days jail, 58 months prison stayed for 20 years, supervised probation for 20 years.

Jason Lee Austin, 26, Perham, Minn., fifth-degree possession of drugs, $135 fines and fees, 18 months prison, concurrent with other count.

Bradley Arlen Boulduc, 45, East Grand Forks, Minn., fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, $1,160 fines and fees with $75 waived, 60 days jail, 13 months prison stayed for three years, supervised probation for three years.

Tyler T. Kindem, 35, Barnesville, Minn., domestic assault, $1,160 fines and fees, 90 days jail, 15 months prison stayed for five years, supervised probation for five years.

Jonathon Lee Kinney, 33, Fargo, terroristic threats, $1,160 fines and fees, 150 days jail, 366 days prison stayed for five years, supervised probation for five years.

Angel Maldonado Jr., 25, Glyndon, Minn., fifth-degree possession of drugs, $1,160 fines and fees, 30 days jail, supervised probation for five years, stay of imposition ordered.

Brianna Eileen Pallotta, 26, Minot, N.D., driving while intoxicated, $210 fines and fees with $75 waived, five years prison.

Jason Brad Mueller, 36, Moorhead, fifth-degree possession of drugs, three counts, $1,085 fines and fees, six days jail, supervised probation for five years, stay of imposition ordered.

Andreas Ado Redzic, 18, Fargo, second-degree burglary, $1,085 fines and fees, 45 days jail, 366 days prison stayed for 10 years, supervised probation for 10 years.

Christopher Vivertiss Teague, 31, Moorhead, fifth-degree sale of drugs, $1,160 fines and fees, 30 days jail, supervised probation for five years, stay of imposition ordered.
