Fargo motorcyclist severely injured in crashFARGO – A motorcyclist was severely injured after being thrown from his bike Friday night along Interstate 29.
James Matthews of Fargo was accelerating as he was merging onto northbound I-29 from eastbound 52nd Avenue when he lost control of his motorcycle about 9 p.m.
Matthews and his bike came to rest in a ditch, according to a release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Matthews was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, the patrol said.
The accident remains under investigation.
