Woman cited after vehicles striking downtown Fargo buildingFARGO – A Moorhead woman was cited for care-less driving and failure to keep her vehicle under control after the vehicle she was driving spun out of control early Thursday and crashed into a building, Fargo police Lt. Joel Vettel said.
The incident happened about 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of NP Ave-nue.
Vettel said the driver of the car, Amber Dewald, 23, told police she was driving westbound on NP Avenue at about 45 mph when she spun out of control and hit a tree before striking what is known as the Case build-ing in downtown Fargo.
A passenger in the car was slightly injured in the crash and went to the hospital on her own to get checked out, Vettel said.
