2 men arrested after fight on I-94 near Casselton

CASSELTON, N.D. – Two Fargo men were arrested for disorderly conduct after getting into a fight on the shoulder of Interstate 94 near here Monday evening.

Around 5:30 p.m., a North Dakota State Highway Patrol trooper was called to a fight along the shoulder of eastbound I-94, about 4 miles east of Casselton.

According to a press release from the Highway Patrol, Cole Neset, 30, was driving with Brian Peterson, 50, when they got into an argument.

Neset stopped the vehicle and told Peterson to get out, but Peterson refused, the release stated.

Peterson was upset with Neset and the two got into an argument that turned physical.

The two men were arrested for disorderly conduct, charges that will be reviewed by the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office, according to the release.
