Coach’s comments: “We will be a young team this year, but very strong in the midfield. We have a lot of girls coming back that are very talented and serious about soccer. Our goal is to get further than the semifinal round of sections, which has haunted us for the last four seasons. I believe this group of dedicated and determined girls is up for the challenge.”

Coach’s comments: “After experiencing an amazing last season, the players are hungry and know the hard work it takes to get to state. We lost some special players from last season. We had a successful season, and this fall we are bringing back our entire defense with the exception of keeper. The big question mark at this point will be who will step up and be our new netminder and who will replace our scoring.”

Coach’s comments: “We are looking to build on what we did as a team last year,” Christianson said. “We wish last season would have ended better, but we played well and grew as a team. We have a lot of guys that played on that team returning, and we’ll be looking for them for leadership. Hopefully they get us going early on the season and get us some victories.”

Coach’s comments: “I always hold my kids up to standards and this fall our expectations are to get better after every game we play,” Hashbarger said. “Our potential for growth should be high with the number of players we have coming into the program and we certainly hope to be one of the four teams from the EDC to make it to Jamestown at the end of the season.”

Coach’s comments: “We have a small senior class, but each of the seniors we do return are excellent players with a lot talent,” Breker said. “They’ll be the leaders of the team. Our strength will be attacking the ball on the offensive side. Defensively, we’ll have to play better as a team. Not much is expected of us. But I think we’ll surprise a lot of people this year.”

Coach’s comments: “The senior leadership that we have on the team this year is very strong,” Moe said. “We also have a large, talented junior class this year and our expectations are to be one of the four teams from the EDC to make it to state. Overall, we should be a strong team in the EDC this year.”
