Men charged in separate assaults on ND reservationMINOT, N.D. — Two men are accused in federal court for separate assaults on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
Robert Lee Azure is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury for an April 13 incident. Authorities say he attacked another man with a knife.
Robert Lee DeLong Jr. is charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury for a July 4 incident. No further details were available.
Trials are scheduled Oct. 1 for Azure and Dec. 10 for DeLong.
Public defenders for the two men were not available for comment.
