No arrests in Richland County DUI checkpointRICHLAND COUNTY, N.D. – No arrests were made here during a sobriety checkpoint conducted by state and local law enforcement Aug. 9.
Forty-one vehicles entered the checkpoint, and one driver was tested but no arrests were made, according to a press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Troopers in Richland County did make one arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol during a law enforcement saturation of the county.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department worked in tandem with the state patrol on the check-point and saturation.
