Fargo man arrested, suspected of threatening to kill womanFARGO – A deputy with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Fargo man this morning after spotting two people acting suspiciously behind a Stop-N-Go at 204 42nd St. S. in Fargo.
The incident happened about 2:30 a.m. when the deputy was clearing another call.
According to a Sheriff’s Office report on the incident:
The deputy made contact with two people in the area of the convenience store, a man and a woman.
The woman, who was crying and visibly upset, told the deputy the male subject, who was found in possession of a large knife and a pair of brass knuckles, had threatened to kill her and her ex-boyfriend.
The man, identified as Joshua D. Sundseth, 24, Fargo, was arrested on suspicion of terrorizing, possessing a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana paraphernalia, according to the Sheriff’s Office report.
