Arthur has more than four years of experience as an optician and optometric technician.
Aldevron hires director of quality, regulatory
Aldevron, Fargo, has hired Jenny Stafford as director of quality and regulatory.
Stafford has more than 10 years of quality, regulatory and leadership experience. She previously held leadership roles at LifeCell and Merck in compliance and quality assurance management positions.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
Two new physicians join Essentia Health Fargo
Dr. Prakash Kafle, an infectious disease specialist, is now seeing patients at Essentia Health’s 32nd Avenue Clinic, and Dr. Amanda Beehler, a dermatologist, has joined Essentia Health’s South University Clinic, both in Fargo.
Dr. Kafle earned a medical degree from Rajshahi Medical College in Bangladesh. He served a residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Darby, Pa., and an infectious disease fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia.
Beehler grew up in Detroit Lakes, Minn., and earned a medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine, Stratford. She completed her dermatology residency at Alta Dermatology, Mesa, Ariz. She also completed a pediatric dermatology fellowship at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Riedman joins AARP North Dakota staff
Doreen Riedman of Bismarck has joined the staff of AARP North Dakota as associate state director for community outreach.
For the past 16 years, Riedman was executive officer for the North Dakota Association of Builders and she was also on the management team of the North Dakota Credit Union League for 11 years.
She is a native of Linton, N.D., and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an associate degree in management from Bismarck State College.
Widmer Roel hires Sakrismo as associate
Tanner Sakrismo has joined the audit department in the Fargo office of Widmer Roel as an audit associate.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College.
Pederson hired as an accountant at TMI
TMI Hospitality, Fargo, has hired Elisabeth Pederson as hotel accountant.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Pederson previously was a staff accountant for Drees, Rishey & Vallager, Grand Forks.
Coaches Choice hires Geffre, Sickler
Coaches Choice Corporate and Athletic Apparel has hired Brandon Geffre and Diane Sickler as account executives. The company has also opened an office in Dickinson, N.D.
Geffre will work in the Fargo office and Diane Sickler will work in the Dickinson office.
Geffre is originally from Linton, N.D., and graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in management information systems. He has five years of sales experience and was previously employed by Sanford Health.
Sickler is a Dickinson native and a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. She has several years of experience in the apparel business, including field training manager for Salkin and Linoff in Minneapolis.
Peterson Farms Seed hires Wentz, Johnson
Peterson Farms Seed, Harwood, N.D., has hired Rob Wentz as an account manager for central Minnesota and Brita Johnson as a marketing communications specialist.
Wentz attended North Dakota State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead where he majored in communications and English. He grew up on a farm near Grafton, N.D., and previously worked in pharmaceutical and medical device sales for 15 years.
Johnson grew up on her family’s farm near Hannaford, N.D., and earned a degree in communications from Concordia College. She previously worked for Norwood Sales, Horace, N.D., and Intelligent InSites, Fargo.
NDSU Extension names assistant director
Charlie Stoltenow has been appointed the North Dakota State University Extension Service’s assistant director and program leader for agriculture and natural resources.
He has served as the interim assistant director and program leader for the past 11 months.
Stoltenow grew up on a farm near Great Bend, N.D., and earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science from NDSU and a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from Iowa State University. He worked in private practice and for the federal government before joining NDSU in 1996.
He has been the NDSU Extension veterinarian for 17 years and is a professor in NDSU’s Animal Sciences Department. He was also director of the NDSU Veterinary Technology academic program for two years and is a leader of the Extension livestock team.
RLE Group hires Sogge as project manager
The RLE Group, Fargo, has hired David Sogge as a project manager.
Sogge is a native of North Dakota, previously worked in Las Vegas and has 14 years of experience, including 11 years in large-phased development projects specializing in hotel, hospitality and retail design.
He is a graduate of Montana State University and has a master’s degree in architecture.
Johnson promoted at Fargo Tire Service
Fargo Tire Service has promoted Jason Johnson to retread shop manager.
Johnson has nine years of retreading experience and has been with Fargo Tire for seven years.
Bell State Bank & Trust hires Mark Wallace
Mark Wallace has been hired as a credit officer at Bell State Bank & Trust, 3100 13th Ave. S., Fargo.
Wallace, originally from Northwood, N.D., earned a business administration degree from North Dakota State University and has been in the banking industry for three years. He was previously employed as a credit officer with Western State Bank.

Kelly Halvorson has joined Preference Personnel in Fargo as a staffing consultant.
Originally from Willmar, Minn., Halvorson graduated from Concordia College with a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing. She has several years of experience in
customer service, human resources, property management, marketing and event coordinating.
Jensen named financial rep at Country Financial
Derek Jensen, Ottertail, Minn., has been named a financial representative for Country Financial.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud (Minn.) State University. He works in the Country Financial office in Perham, Minn.
BCBS promotes Kelley to director position
Jennifer Kelley has been promoted to director of medical management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.
She joined BCBSND in 2001 as a member education consultant based in the Grand Forks district marketing office. In 2004, she was promoted to marketing service representative in the Grand Forks office.
Kelley grew up in Lankin, N.D., and graduated from the University of Mary, Bismarck, with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
