Moorhead mayor honored with Jack Murray Award
The award is given to retiring city officials who demonstrate knowledge, leadership and active participation in CGMC program areas over their public service career.
Voxland will soon step down after 26 years of public service for the city of Moorhead, serving the past 12 years as mayor and 14 years prior on the City Council.
CGMC is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization representing 85 cities outside of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Members educate legislators about issues important to Greater Minnesota.
