Bismarck police ID man accused of phone peepingBISMARCK — Bismarck police say they have identified a man believed to have used a cellphone camera to see up a woman's dress while she was shopping at a Walmart.
The man has not been arrested or charged. Police say they have forwarded reports to Burleigh County prosecutors.
Police say a 24-year-old woman reported that a man followed her and her sister to Walmart on Wednesday afternoon and pushed a shopping basket with a cellphone in it under her dress while she looked at something in the freezer section.
Police Sgt. Mark Buschena says employees at Walmart reported the man was in the store again on Thursday.
Buschena says Walmart gave the man a trespass notice prohibiting him from being in the store.
