West Fargo’s Heinen earns All-American statusGREENSBORO, N.C. – Jaime Heinen, a two-time state long jump champion from West Fargo, has earned All-American status at the USA Track and Field Junior Olympic National Championships.
Heinen placed fifth in Thursday’s long jump with a leap of 22 feet, 11 inches. The winning jump was 24-2 – two inches short of Heinen’s personal-best jump.
In the meet held at North Carolina A&T University, Heinen also competed in the triple jump Friday.
