Warm temperatures boosts crop development in NDBISMARCK — Above-normal temperatures over the past week continue to help crop progression in North Dakota.
The Agriculture Department says there were 6 days suitable for fieldwork on average.
Topsoil moisture supplies are rated 3 percent very short, 23 percent short, 62 percent adequate and 12 percent surplus.
Pasture and range conditions are rated 0 percent very poor, 2 percent poor, 13 percent fair, 56 percent good and 29 percent excellent.
