Bismarck man accused of burglarizing 3 bars

BISMARCK — A judge has set bond at $10,000 for a Bismarck man accused of burglarizing three Burleigh County bars in June.

Derald Horn Jr. faces three felony counts that each carry a maximum punishment of five years in prison upon conviction. Court documents do not list an attorney for him.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/14LW7Rm ) that Horn is accused of burglarizing Flashes Bar in Sterling and the Moffit Bar in Moffit on June 9 and of breaking into Uncle Jesse's in Driscoll later in the month.
