NDSU’s golfers named WGCA All-America scholars

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – North Dakota State’s Amy Anderson, Megan Swan and Sarah Storandt were named to the All-America Scholar Team by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association on Monday.

Anderson, a senior accounting major from Oxbow, N.D., became the first three-time individual champion in Summit League history and was named Golfer of the Year for the fourth straight season.

Swan, a junior civil engineering major finished the season with an 84.84 scoring average.

Storandt, a sophomore math education major from Moorhead, finished 15th in The Summit League with an 80.77 average including a pair of top-10 finishes.

The minimum cumulative grade-point for the WGCA All-America Scholar Team is average is 3.50.
