Lake Superior fisheries OK a year after storm

DULUTH, Minn. — Fish populations in Lake Superior and its surrounding fisheries are faring much better than expected a year after a major storm dumped up to 10 inches of rain in the Duluth area and sent tons of sediment rushing into the big lake and its surrounding rivers and streams.
