LB Bishop agrees to terms with Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings agreed to terms with free agent linebacker Desmond Bishop, according to multiple reports.

ESPN 1500, ESPN.com and the Green Bay Press Gazette each reported Monday that the deal is for one year.

Bishop told SiriusXM NFL Radio last week that he visited the Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs, and the New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars and San Francisco 49ers all expressed interest.

Bishop was released by the Green Bay Packers last week.

Bishop missed all of 2012 because of a hamstring injury but said he is now 100 percent healthy.

In 2011, he had 115 tackles and 5.0 sacks for Green Bay.
