According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, Tiffany Froslee of Henning was heading north on County Highway 40 when her pickup went off the road, hit an approach and vaulted into a slough, landing upside down and submerged in water.
After she was pulled from her vehicle by other drivers, Froslee was transported to Tri-County Hospital in Wadena by Henning Ambulance, then air-lifted to St. Cloud.
