Harms elected ND GOP state chairmanBISMARCK – The North Dakota Republican Party elected Robert Harms as its new state chairman Saturday.
Harms replaces Stan Stein, who announced in May he wouldn’t seek another term. Harms served as state treasurer for the past four years.
Harms is a Bismarck-based lawyer and consultant and formerly served as legal counsel for Govs. Ed Schafer and John Hoeven.
