Man pleads guilty to dealing cocaine in North DakotaFARGO — A 22-year-old man has pleaded guilty to dealing cocaine in North Dakota and elsewhere.
Justin Aaberg is charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and money laundering. He pleaded guilty to both counts.
Authorities say Aaberg and several co-conspirators traveled to the Minneapolis area between 2009 and 2011 to obtain the drugs.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 13. Aaberg faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison on each count.
