High-risk offender moves to Abercrombie
The Richland County Sheriff’s Office said Matthew Jasmann is now living at 201 3rd Ave. E., Abercrombie, and is working at ABU Trailers in Dwight.
A public meeting is scheduled at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Abercrombie Community Center regarding Jasmann.
Jasmann, 33, is a lifetime registrant. He was convicted in Stutsman County District Court of felony gross sexual imposition after engaging in various sex acts with girls ages 13 to 17, according to the North Dakota attorney general’s website.
In 1994, Jasmann was convicted of gross sexual imposition as a juvenile for having sex with a 10-year-old girl when he was 12 years old, according to the website.
