ND Highway 200 reopens east of HurdsfieldBISMARCK — North Dakota's Transportation Department has reopened state Highway 200 east of Hurdsfield after finishing a temporary road raise to combat floodwaters.
Officials say a single lane is open to traffic and speeds are reduced.
Two other highways in the state are affected by floodwaters but remain open to traffic, with speeds reduced — U.S. 83 north of Max and N.D. 53 east of Max.
